Hi, Welcome to Claire Wilders Photography.

I am a newborn baby photographer in Horsham and I love it!

It is possibly the most precious one of all and the most honourable.  Why? Because you are allowing me to cuddle and photograph your most precious little person!  Your wonderful new baby.

This brand new beautiful bundle of joy has just arrived and you now cannot imagine life without it!

By booking in a newborn photography session means you get to record this moment forever. During the session I love to capture your first photos as a family too. Although you may feel that you do not look your best, I promise that you will look back on these photos with great fondness.

When to book your baby photo session.

First of all, congratulations.

It is wonderful news that you are expecting a baby.  So, when is the best time to book your session? Ideally, as soon as possible because this way you can forget about it until baby arrives.  Once they do, you will be relieved as it all gets pretty hectic.

I book you in for your due date, then when your baby arrives we can confirm a suitable session date.  Ideally, it is normally within the first two weeks but we can discuss other options.

Your baby has arrived

If you have already had your baby please do get in touch and I will try and fit you in.

Actual sessions last for around 3hrs because they are completely baby led.  If your baby needs feedings, cuddles, changing etc, we stop and take a break.  As a parent, I will look after your little one the same as I would my own.

At your new baby session

Photographing siblings and immediate family is included in your photo session but if you wish to include grandparents please let me know.  We can then discuss the options.

As well as photos of your baby wrapped, I will also capture some cute naked shots and all their tiny little features.

Sometimes parents don’t like to leave the home once baby arrives so I am also happy to run the session in your own home.

I love to create a memory for you to look back on. During your newborn photography session I not only capture photos of your baby but I also like to include photos of you all as a family. By including a mixture of posed and natural photos it ensures that you have a wide range of photos that will look amazing on your walls at home. You will be able to remember this special time for many years to come.

Happy Clients

Before Christmas, Claire photographed our newborn baby, Esmé, along with photos of our three year old, Lottie, and my husband and myself. The pictures are beautiful and we are really happy with them. She took so much time to make sure she captured the perfect shots. She even managed to get some of Lottie with her new sister, even though Lottie was not playing ball that day. We would highly recommend Claire, she is really lovely and made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. Thanks again Claire!.”

Had several different photo sessions with Claire over the years! She has always been so patient, gentle and engaging with my children! We’ve always felt comfortable in her studio/Home! And more importantly I’ve always loved the pictures!

Would highly recommend Claire Wilders Photography. We visited her in February for a newborn photoshoot with my, at the time, week old baby. Claire was absolutely amazing and took great care of my daughter throughout the whole of our photoshoot. And as for the photos well that have come out beautifully, very professional and something that we will treasure forever! Definitely worth a visit! Thank you so much Claire!

– It is normally a good idea to feed your baby upon arrival to your session, as this will help them settle easily.  Once they are asleep we can get those lovely peaceful images

– I am always happy to take naked photos are the chances as your baby will poo on blankets.  Do not worry as this is completely.

– It is a good idea to spare nappies

– Don’t forget that special item, if you wish to include it in your photos
